Eva Rice & Margie Smith
Friends for over 15 years, Margie and Eva have a love of trading design ideas with each other. Both had previous experience working in interior design, but found they were "spot-on" collaborating together! When the perfect opportunity came around, they decided it was time to take their passion for interiors and creating beautiful spaces and start their own boutique company. These friends, and business partners, both reside in the charming town of Lake Bluff, where the tree-lined streets, historic homes and shores of Lake Michigan inspire and ignite their creative style.
Eva and Margie get enthusiastic about designing any kind of space! Kitchens, dining rooms, family rooms, bedrooms, sunrooms, mudrooms - they've done it all. They enjoy the challenge of creating picture-perfect rooms that are comfortable and functional at the same time.
There are few things more personal than the home. They believe each project should reflect the client's personality with layered collections and unique pieces. They love collaborating with the client to bring them into the design process and help create their own story in each space. Finding their client's personal aesthetic is a journey they look forward to taking!
